Abstract

A simple and rapid procedure is described for the determination of boron in water using flameless atomic absorption spectrometry. A Ca/Mg solution is added before measurement. The method is suitable for boron concentrations up to 250 μg/l. The mean standard deviation is 6±4 μg/l.
