Abstract

The spectral-luminescent characteristics of a series of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) and their complexes with Eu(III) and Tb(III) have been studied. A possibility of NSAID determination using the sensitized luminescence of lanthanides has been shown. A synergistic effect of the impact of trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO) and Triton X-100 on the luminescence intensity of mixed-ligand complexes La(III)-NSAID-TOPO in a micellar medium (Triton X-100), used as analytical forms, has been found. The limits of detection for NSAID in various dosage forms are from 0.012 to 2.0 μg/mL.
