Determinants of types of aortic arch and bovine aortic arch in thrombectomy and intraarterial thrombolytic procedures in acute ischemic stroke

Abstract

Thrombectomy and IAT are increasingly carried out to treat the patients with acute ischemic stroke. Time for acute ischemic stroke is very important. Unfavourable complex anatomy and congenital anomalies of the supraaortic vessel take-off increase the technical difficulties and affect clinical outcome. Aortic arch anatomy may be affected by some risk factors.
