Abstract

Abstract There are several ways to prevent Covid-19 infection, one of which involves implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior or Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). It is crucial for individuals to receive health education, especially concerning PHBS, as it is a means of avoiding the contraction of the Covid-19 virus. Covid-19 survivors undoubtedly possess valuable real-life experiences gained from their battles against this virus, and these experiences can significantly impact the prevention of positive case transmissions in their surrounding environments. This research aims to investigate the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in Covid-19 survivors. This study involved 210 individuals representing households who live in the Kuta Alam, Banda Aceh. This research is based on Lawrence Green’s theory, which identifies three factors influencing people’s behavior: predisposing factors, reinforcing factors, and enabling factors. The chosen analytical method for this research is quantitative, utilizing regression analysis. The research shows that PHBS implementation’s effectiveness (Y) is significantly impacted partially by Predisposing Factors (X1), Enabling Factors (X3), and Reinforcing Factors (X2). The findings of this research can guide policies on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) for Covid-19 survivors and provide reference material for disaster-related fields and future researchers.
