Abstract

This study aims to analyze the variables in UTAUT 2 which are factors for generation Z in using E-wallets on the Gopay, OVO, and Dana platforms in Mataram City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and data collection using online and offline questionnaires. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variables of performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and habit have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, while effort expectancy, perceived trust, perceived risk, hedonic motivation and price value have no significant effect on behavioral intention. In addition, behavioral intention also has a positive and significant effect on use behavior.
