Abstract

This research aims at examining the influence of financial attitude, financial knowledge, financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and emotional intelligence on financial management behavior in married women in Bandung City. This research employed a multiple linear regression analysis. The result revealed that financial attitude, financial knowledge, and financial literacy influenced significantly financial management behavior. Simultaneously, financial attitude, financial knowledge, financial attitude, financial self-efficacy and emotional intelligence influenced significantly financial management behavior. This research model has not been conducted before in which it combines the variables of intellectual ability, financial attitude, financial knowledge, financial literacy, financial self-efficacy and emotional intelligence. This research is expected to be used as a reference in improving financial management behavior for married women's independence and welfare, as well as providing suggestions for the government and financial institutions to formulate policies by strengthening the financial management behavior of the community.
