Determinan Kinerja UMKM: Fintech Lending, Modal Usaha dan Orientasi Pasar
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of fintech lending, venture capital, market orientation on MSME performance. In business performance, MSME owners still have problems using fintech lending, limited capital and market orientation knowledge. However, the existence of fintech lending can facilitate sales transactions and can provide capital easily. There are 250 SMEs registered in Kupang Village, then through the sample collection method using purposive sampling and obtained 50 manufacturing SMEs. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that business capital and market orientation have a positive influence on the performance of MSMEs. Studying the dynamic relationship among financial literacy, financial inclusion, fintech lending, and business capital mediation in the context of MSME performance is intriguing due to the intricate interconnections between these variables. This paper sought to assess the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and fintech lending on the MSME performance in North Maluku Province, Sula Islands Regency, Sanana District, Indonesia. This research employed business capital as the mediating variable. Using a structural equation modelling, this study indicates that financial literacy, financial inclusion, and fintech lending have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises. The presence of business capital can serve as a mediating factor in how financial literacy, financial inclusion, and fintech lending affect the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises.

Financial management is key in the performance of MSMEs where if business owners cannot manage their finances, it is certain that their business performance will not run well. In order for MSME businesses to run well, it is very necessary for business actors to understand financial literacy, financial technology and financial inclusion that can improve the performance of MSMEs. Finance to get welfare for MSME actors. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, fintech and financial inclusion on the performance of MSMEs in Yogyakarta City. The research method uses quantitative, the population in this study were MSMEs in the City of Yogyakarta. The sample of this research is Micro MSMEs in Yogyakarta City and has a maximum of 5 employees, the sampling technique used purposive sampling with the Slovin formula with a standard error of 10% so that a sample size 63 businesses was obtained. The analysis tool used for testing is SPSS version 25. The results showed that financial literacy and financial inclusion had a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro MSMEs in Yogyakarta City while fintech had no positive and significant effect on the performance of micro MSMEs in Yogyakarta City. The three variables namely financial literacy, financial literacy technology and financial inclusion as a whole have a simultaneous influence on the performance of micro MSMEs in Yogyakarta City.

MSME performance is the level of success achieved by MSME stakeholders in running their businesses based on set goals. To support the success of MSME performance, MSME owners must have basic knowledge such as market orientation and financial literacy because these two things can be a benchmark for the success of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation and financial literacy on the performance of food industry MSMEs in Sukabumi. The number of samples in this study was 110 respondents. This study used descriptive research methods and associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The results showed that market orientation and financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. The contribution made between market orientation and financial literacy to the performance of MSMEs with interpretation is very strong. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of market orientation, organizational learning and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs in Gresik Regency. The population in this study is MSMEs in Gresik Regency. Using proportional random sampling based on the business sector, after calculating the Slovin formula (sampling error 10%) obtained a sample of 100 SMEs. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results and conclusions in this study are market orientation, organizational learning, and entrepreneurial orientation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Gresik district, market orientation has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Gresik district, organizational learning has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Gresik district, orientation entrepreneurship has a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in Gresik district.

UMKM memiliki peran penting bagi perekonomian nasional. Pertumbuhan UMKM di Indonesia juga mengalami peningkatkan dari tahun ke tahunnya. Akan tetapi, dalam menjalankan UMKM, terdapat sejumlah kesulitan atau tantangan serta hambatan. Penerapan orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, dan inovasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha dan bertahan di pasar. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi para pemilik dan/atau pengelola UMKM untuk dapat menerapkan hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 60 sampel dan dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Kuesioner digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai instrument penelitian dalam mendapatkan informasi dari responden Data diolah dengan menggunakan outer model analysis dan inner model analysis pada software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sementara itu, inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. MSMEs have an important role in the national economy. The growth of MSMEs in Indonesia has also increased from year to year. However, in running MSMEs, there are several difficulties or challenges and obstacles. The application of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and innovation can improve business performance and survive in the market. Therefore, it is important for MSME owners and/or managers to be able to implement this. This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and innovation on the performance of MSMEs. The samples used were 60 samples and were selected using the purposive sampling method. The questionnaire was used in this research as a research instrument in obtaining information from respondents. Data was processed using outer model analysis and inner model analysis on SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the research showed that entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation had a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Meanwhile, innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.

MSME business growth can be seen from the business advantages and business performance of MSMEs. Business performance is a factor that is commonly used to measure the impact of a company's strategy in facing competition. This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation, product quality, and market orientation on the competitive advantage of MSMEs and MSME business performance. This research is explanative research with cross sectional design and quantitative approach. The population in this study were users of food and beverage MSME products in Surakarta with a sample of 120 respondents. Data collection through questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of the study prove that there is an influence between product innovation, product quality, and market orientation on the competitive advantage of SMEs. Product innovation, product quality, and market orientation have a positive and significant impact on the competitive advantage of MSMEs. There is a direct influence of product quality, and market orientation on the performance of MSMEs. Meanwhile, product innovation has no effect on the performance of MSMEs. There is an influence of competitive advantage in mediating the variables of product innovation, product quality, and market orientation on MSME business performance through competitive advantage as a mediating variable. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and total quality management on the performance of SMEs. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with purposive sampling technique and a sample of 187 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. This study uses data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation on MSME performance, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, total quality management has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, as well as entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and total quality management as a whole. simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs.

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial skills, market orientation, sales orientation, and networks on the performance of MSMEs in Gianyar Regency, Bali, using a quantitative approach. The main problem faced by MSMEs in developing countries, including Indonesia, is the low performance of companies influenced by the lack of entrepreneurial skills, limited market orientation, and suboptimal network management. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with data obtained from 126 MSME owners through a questionnaire measuring four independent variables and one dependent variable, namely company performance. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial skills and market orientation have a significant influence on MSME performance, with coefficient values of 0.45 and 0.32 respectively, indicating that both have a strong positive impact on company performance. In addition, sales orientation also has a significant effect, although with a smaller effect. Networks have a lower effect on company performance. This study provides recommendations for MSME owners to improve their entrepreneurial skills and market orientation in order to improve their company's competitiveness and performance in an increasingly competitive market.

Objective: The research objective is to examine achievement of Sustainable Development Goals trough the effects of entrepreneurial orientation, marketing capability, market orientation and social media on the performance of MSME in the context of cafes and restaurants. Theoretical Framework: This research uses the Resource Base View (RBV) theory and Market Base View (MBV) as the grand theory. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Method: The variables studied were entrepreneurial orientation, marketing capability, market orientation, social media and MSME performance. The population is all owners of cafe and restaurant sector owners in Pekanbaru City, Riau Indonesia by taking a sample of 316 people. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5.Data testing uses path analysis with Smart PLS.3.0. Results and Discussion: The research results show that first, Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Marketing Capability, Market Orientation and Social Media. Second, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Marketing Capability, Market Orientation and Social Media have a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance. Third, Marketing Capability, Market Orientation can mediate the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation on MSME Performance, and Social Media can’t mediate the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation on MSME Performance. Research Implications: When SMEs have good entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, marketing and social media capabilities then there is a tendency to use existing resources more effectively and better market analysis so that they can develop their business performance optimally. For this study, the performance of SMEs in the Restaurant industry is very important to develops Originality/Value: The originality of the theoretical model in this study contributes to the development of RBV theory, as well as the application of the market base view to SMEs.

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics, business capital, and technological sophistication on the performance of SMEs. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. The number of respondents as a research sample was 291 MSME owners in Pekanbaru City. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study are that entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive effect on MSME performance, venture capital has a positive effect on MSME performance and technological sophistication has no effect on MSME performance. Advice to MSME owners to consider aspects of technological sophistication in developing their business during the Covid-19 pandemic because using technology, especially in terms of marketing, can reduce direct contact so that human resources owned are protected from the risk of the Corona virus.

Research Aims: In an organization, there are several factors that can affect business performance, including orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, utilization of social media and marketing capability. Based on the urgency above, this study focuses on exploring indicators that can effectively affect business performance and continuity in the current technological era in batik MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the influence of antecedents on MSME performance so as to provide an overview of indicators that can effectively improve the performance of batik MSMEs in Yogyakarta. Design/methodology/approach: This research design uses a quantitative research method with an associative problem formulation. The type of research used is explanatory research. The number of respondent samples was 250 leaders or people in charge of various batik craft UMKM in Region of Yogyakarta Province. Data collection through the distribution of questionnaires with a face-to-face method between respondents and researchers. The analysis of this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using AMOS. Research Findings: The results of this study are that market orientation, entrepreneurial Orientation, and use of social media have an effect on the marketing capability and business performance of Batik MSMEs in Yogyakarta. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study provides an overview of the importance of market orientation and entrepreneurial Orientation for improving a company's business performance. The novelty of this study's results is that it shows that the use of social media and marketing capability are also indicators that play a role in improving business performance.

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of the external environment on the business performance, and the mediating effect of market orientation on the relationship between the industry environment and business performance in the small and medium tourism industry. A total of 195 samples and questionnaires were used for data collection, while SMART-PLS 3.0 was used to test the hypothesis. The findings of this research show that the industry environment has a positive and significant influence on market orientation and business performance. Contrarily, market orientation has no significant influence on the business performance, as well as on the relationship between business environment and performance. This implies that the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) tourism industry enhanced their business performance by using properly its existing resources to cope with the dynamic changes of industry environment in Timor-Leste.

This research was aimed at exploring the influence of marketing strategy with customer orientation, market orientation, and innovation on the business performance in the hotel three-star hotel in Indonesia, the purposes of the research are as follows: 1). to test the influence of the customer orientation on the business performance and market orientation, 4). to test the influence of the market orientation on the business performance and innovation, 5). to test the influence of innovation on the business performance. The research populations are all the three-star hotels in Indonesia as many as 227 hotels. While the unit of the research sample is three-star hotels in Java, Bali, and Lombok Island with amount 158 hotels and by achieved 107 questionaires of the sample unit (response rate 67.7%) are valid. The respondents are human resource managers, general managers, marketing managers, and financial managers. The data were analyzed by using stuctural equation modelling (SEM), and the AMOS Program which has 4.0 version. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is a set of statistical technics enable testing a complex relationship combination simultantly. The hypothesis tested by regression weight-standardized estimates by comparing p-value method and 5% (a=5%) significance level. The hypothesis is significant if probability value (p-value) is < 5%. The results of the research show that three hypothesis are significant and acceptable and two hypothesis are non significant which have non significant influence customer orientation on the business performance (H1), positive significant influence customer orientation on the market orientation (H2), non significant influence market orientation on the business performance (H3), positive significant influence market orientation on the innovation (H4), and positive significant influence innovation on the business performance (H5) have been found.

This review article examines how fintech lending platforms open access to finance for MSMEs, measures the impact of this access on MSME performance and economic outcomes, and identifies the key factors for sustainability and scalability of fintech solutions in the MSME sector. Keywords like “fintech lending”, “MSME” and “economic development” were used for a systematic search across Scopus, Web of Science, JSTOR, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. Empirical evidence or conceptual discussions between 2015 and 2024, linking fintech lending to economic development outcomes were included if these were the studies published. A structured framework was used to extract data, and these data were subject to thematic analysis in order to discover recurring patterns. The finding of this study revealed that digital lending platforms also do a great job in overcoming some of the existing barriers to access to MSME finance by using alternative information for credit assessment. Furthermore, fintech lending is beneficial in improving the MSME performance, creating jobs and stimulating entrepreneurial activity. Variety of strategic partnership between fintech providers and traditional banks is important together with supportive regulatory framework for scaling fintech solutions. However, challenges like cybersecurity and digital literacy gaps are persistent and technological advancements and policy are continually needed. The review finds that the fintech lending is a key driver of inclusive economic growth for the massive MSMEs and enhance the financial system resiliency and dynamism.
