Abstract
AbstractThe effect of ultrasonic treatment using 300 and 650 kc fields, respectively, on the detergent power of five products has been investigated. Factorial experiments were devised varying the different parameters such as textile fibers or fabric, intensity of the field, nature and concn of the detergent and length of treatment. The ultrasonic treatment proved highly efficient compared to the laboratory washing machine.
