Abstract

The Faraday rotation associated with the donors in CdS is found to be a very efficient tool to study magnetic resonance allowing measurement of the spin lattice relaxation time. By comparing two different concentrations it is shown that interaction between donors becomes important well before the onset of the Mott transition.
