Abstract
This paper is based on theory of unilateral incentive electromagnetic system which is the basic theory of mechanical and electrical energy conversion. Using the static and dynamic calculation function in electromagnetic field finite element the calculation software ANSOFT, we put forward a method which about sensorless detection to high pressure hydrogen electromagnetic valve's mobile iron core of position, that it's based on analyzing the traditional indirect position detection method's deficiencies. It will adopt the physical field finite element analysis method to effectively separate inductance in high pressure hydrogen electromagnetic valve`s drive coil and use ANSOFT to analyze static field, and on this basis, establish mathematical model of induction inductance quantity. Using joint simulation calculation of high pressure hydrogen electromagnetic valve`s electromagnetic equation, voltage equation, motion equation and fluid simulation calculation equation to simulation research the method which use inductance separation to detect mobile core displacement. The results of the simulation research verifying that high pressure hydrogen electromagnetic valve's sensorless position detection is feasibility.
