Abstract
Polarization singularities are Stokes phase singularities which can be described as superposition of OAM (orbital angular momentum) and SAM (Spin angular momentum) states. There are several methods available to detect phase singularities but there is no such method for detecting polarization singularities reported so far. We present here a method to detect and locate C point polarization singularities in the test beam by using analyzers.
