Abstract
Abstract A recently published ASBC method for the qualitative detection or semiquantitative determination of traces of proteolytic enzymes in beer is presented for adoption as official first action by the AOAC. Five other new methods of the ASBC are expected to have early publication. Eleven technical subcommittees are conducting studies.
