Abstract

This paper presents data of study (PCR with fluorescent hybridization probes) of Ixodes (Exopalpiger) trianguliceps Bir. collected from small mammals in the southern taiga forests of Tyumen Province. DNA of Ehrlichia and Anaplasma was detected in ticks of this species for the first time. Cases of mixed infection were also observed.
