Abstract

AbstractTwo laboratory cultures of Tetranychus urticae were established with material collected from 3 apple orchards at Shepparton, Victoria and from one orchard near Griffith, N.S.W. Cyhexatin was tested against females of each strain and a susceptible reference strain, using a Potter spray tower. Both strains were 7.5X resistant to cyhexatin at the LC50 level compared with the susceptible strain.
