Abstract
Image fusion using image normalization and radiometric calibration and Particle Swarm Optimization Fuzzy-c means (PSOFCM) based unsupervised change observation technique is proposed in this paper. To obtain a change of an image, principle component analysis (PCA) & absolute difference log ratio images are fused using radiometric calibration and followed by PSOFCM classifier. Further PSOFCM classifier is used for classifying the satellite image segments into change & unchanged blocks. Better performance is obtained from the simulation of proposed method as compare to other states of art methods.
