Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between cardiac troponin T(CTn1)and the severity of myocardial injury in patients with pneumocardial disease and significance of prognosis judge.Method The levels of CTn1 and CKMB(MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase)and MYO(myoglobin)were detected in 30 patients with pneumocardial disease.Also the relationship between the levels CTn1 and that of patients death,survival,hypoxia degree were statistics analyzed.Result PO2 level and serum CTn1 were of significanfly negative correlation,the level of serum CTn1 in the group of death and survival and pulmonary heart disease conpensation stage and discompensation stage embodied significant differences respectively(P<O.05).Conclusion The levels of Ctn1 play an import role in determining theseverity of myocardial injury and prognosis of pulmonary heart disease.
