Abstract

Despite that survival rates have been improved in childhood malignant solid tumors, progression during treatment or relapse after complete remission remain a major cause hindering patients from getting long-time survival.Minimal residual disease(MRD)is closely related to relapse of solid tumors.This review discusses the advance and value of various methods used in MRD detection, aiming to establish a stable and reliable method for MRD detection.
