Abstract

Museum is an important preservation of valuable cultural relics, in order to provide a good air environment to the showcase relics, showcase is usually used constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system (Tang et al. 2016). Museum constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning system provide a stable temperature and humidity environment at the same time easily lead to a large number of microbial breeding (Chen et al. 2014). In this paper, the microorganism concentration in the constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system was tested by FA-1 type air sampler and the characteristic equation to analyze the effect of microbial concentration on the cultural relics in the showcase.
