Abstract

AbstractThe population of the world is increasing day by day. The need of food is also increasing gradually with increase in population. This need of food is satisfied by analyzing soil parameters. Soil parameters are a key factor while calculating the fertility of the soil. Farmers can take large production in the small land with the help of considering the soil parameters. Internet of Things (IoT) has made large contribution in bringing the automation in the field of agriculture. Farmers can check fertility of soil with ease by using IoT. Fertility of the soil is based on various micronutrients and macronutrients. The parameters values of the soil nutrient are taken by using various sensors. Those values are passed on cloud by using ESP8266-12E module. These parameter values are stored on ThingSpeak cloud. Data monitoring can be easily as it can accessible from cloud. These data can be easily analyzed by comparing it with threshold values. The generated data can be processed by using machine learning algorithm. The result can be available on mobile device of the farmer.
