Abstract
目的 探讨长骨的硬纤维增殖性纤维瘤的影像学特点.方法 描述3例硬纤维增殖性纤维瘤的临床与影像学表现,并复习文献所见.结果 3例病变分别位于股骨2例,胫骨1例.骨质呈囊状膨胀性改变,3例病灶内见粗细不等骨嵴,呈根须状,病理骨折1例,未见钙化和骨膜反应.病变在MR T1WI呈混杂低信号,在T2WI为低信号混杂的稍高信号,增强后呈不均匀强化.结论 长骨干骺端为好发部位,以骨内具有骨嵴结构的囊状膨胀性改变,无钙化及骨膜反应是该病的主要影像学表现,而根须状肿瘤性骨小梁形成具有一定特征性,在T2WI的低到中等信号为硬纤维增殖性纤维瘤重要的MRI特征。
