Abstract
胰腺纤维瘤病具有侵袭性、无转移等特点。病理及免疫组化是确诊该病的主要依据。完整的手术切除是有效的治疗手段。患者根治术后可获得长期生存。本文报告了郑州大学附属肿瘤医院收治的1例胰腺纤维瘤病患者的临床资料，并回顾性分析了1980年至今国内外报道的32例该病患者资料。
