Abstract

Leadership and social media are two things that cannot be separated from each other because this can have a significant impact on changes in culture and habits in society. This research found several problems such as misunderstanding communication; the information delivered is out of context and content, with no solution in contact but only argumentative and debate. It makes an environment on social media is not favourable. Moreover, this research is a development from: “Developing Leadership Intelligence (CI2) Framework in Social Media to Develop an Ethical Leader using the Johari Window Method”, which has categorized leadership in social into three types of leaders. This study will complete so that it becomes six categories. Thus, various kinds of social media leaders discuss. Furthermore, the results of this study are social media leadership frameworks, where this framework will cover: how a social media leader can have high quality in general knowledge and specific knowledge, how to communicate effectively and efficiently, how to overcome negative things on social media, and how to have a positive influence and produce a positive culture on social media
