Abstract
This paper presented an open vehicle positioning and navigation system that contains GPS, GIS, communication technology, computer technology and other technologies. First, this paper introduces the overall structure of the navigation system, and then explains the hardware system. Second, this paper presents the design ideas of this system platform software, the points of this paper and overall results. Finally, we illustrate the choice of design system development environment including operating platform and choice of development tools, and the realization of the system.
