Abstract

One of the key challenges to scaling cultural change initiatives rests in our ability to define culture shift and operationalize that definition within the context of indicator frameworks.Designers have the potential to affect change in areas such as public policy, government, and planning, but an understanding of culture change and its measurement will be critical to its success.
