Abstract

In a previous communication an indirect quantum standard of current, based on the simultaneous use of the Josephson and quantum Hall effects, was suggested. Now, two versions of the same system are outlined as a possible standard playing a basic role in the present or in a revised SI, as well as a powerful help in experiments for the determination of the elementary charge, and the Josephson and Planck constants. Some general implementation problems are discussed in view of an actual design of the system.
