Abstract

This paper provides a 3rd order oscillator circuit utilizing CDCTA (Current Differencing Cascaded Trans conductance Amplifiers) to address issues with high power consumption and low oscillation frequency in oscillators. The suggested arrangement provides four explicit current outputs and two voltage outputs concurrently using just one CDCTA and three grounded passive capacitors. The circuit only uses 1 mW of power, has a maximum sensitivity of 0.5, and oscillates at a frequency of up to 10 MHz Additionally, both its oscillation frequency and condition may be electrically and independently adjusted. The theoretical analysis of the circuit was confirmed by the results of computer simulation using 45 nm gpdk cadence virtuoso program.
