Abstract

To design and process electromagnetic wave absorbing Nano coatings, in this study various factors that affect the properties for absorbing waves in polymer paints were examined and the materials that are commonly used in this field were identified. Also, in this research, an imitation-based optimization algorithm was used.To conduct this research, first the various methods of absorption and the radar frequencies used were considered and it was found that using external electromagnetic fields on composite materials and considering the boundary conditions of the radiant waves, different structures of the materials can be observed. In these methods, different shapes, sizes and volumes can be used for a mixed dielectric medium in any range of the electromagnetic spectrum. The specific physical parameters of such systems are numerical and changeable. These parameters can be used in new optimized designs and multi-purpose materials. In the associated assessment, with a recurrence scope of 8–14 (GHz), the reflection loss results are −14.6 dB for magnesium oxide (MgO), -13.9 dB for titanium dioxide (TiO2) and −15.8 dB for cupric oxide (CuO). A three-layer covering framework with these three components has −65 dB of reflection loss which infers that it has 99.94% of radar absorption.
