Abstract

The scheme of brake control unit in the loop simulation in which a subsea control module (SCM) is used as the central processing unit (CPU) and the type brake control unit's hardware and software are designed. The Pulse Width Modulation technique is used as controlling locomotive brake cylinder and equilibrium cylinder's air pressure accurately so as to braking accurately. The fuzzy Self-adaptive is used in the Braking System Control Unit; it is adjusting the time of opening and closing of solenoid valve real time based on error and variety rate of error at different moment. In the research, a relatively complete intelligent test platform prototype of the freight train braking control unit is initially established, and the superiority of test scheme and the technical feasibility are proved by experimental investigations. It can provide some reference research methods. It can provide some reference research methods and technical ideas for a more perfect intelligent test platform if the freight trains braking system in the future.
