Abstract

A wideband wearable antenna using flexible high conductive multilayer graphene film is proposed and analyzed. The wideband antenna consists of double-sided printed monopole radiator made of high conductive multilayer graphene film and flexible PDMS substrate. The antenna has a broad bandwidth with VSWR less than 3.5 covers from 0.67GHz to 2.85GHz, and omnidirectional radiation pattern within the passband. The joint modeling and simulation of human body and wearable antenna shows the VSWR remains well but the horizontal pattern has influence when the antenna is in different positions on the human body. The SAR values of the flexible antennas at different locations are also compared in detail.
