Abstract

In this research article, wide band wheel shaped antenna is designed to millimetre wave Substrate Integrated Circuits in RADAR application. Proposed wheel shaped antenna design using Substrate Integrated Waveguide technology. This antenna mainly used to connect wireless gigabit Ethernet communication system to optical fiber communication for providing high data rate transfer. This wheel shaped structure analyzed with the results of the reflection coefficient, Voltage Standing Wave Ratio, surface currents, 3D radiation patterns and polar patterns. This component is most suitable for RADAR and 5G applications at unlicensed band (57 GHz to 64 GHz). To design wheel shaped antenna RT duriod 5880 substrate material is used.
