Abstract

In view of the present domestic real-time pricing implementation difficulties and certain deficiencies of the time-of-use price, a novel virtual real-time electricity pricing scheme is proposed based on power credit incentive program, which helps to achieve a better effect on peak load shifting based on the existing time-of-use electricity price. This paper focuses on the interest of end users’ and consumers’ comfort, examining the feasibility and effectiveness of electricity pricing mechanism in detail. Finally, we evaluated the application prospects of the electricity pricing mechanism in demand response.
