Abstract
Main proposal in the paper is to integrate Alarm mechanism into a smart pill box with a lighting slot. To make it even more sophisticated, alert the patient and the chemist with the GSM module built-in for the moment. Using GSM, the system sends SMS for patient reminders of medication. The elderly patients have problems in taking their medications intime. In order to avoid these problems, here a smart medicine dispenser is proposed, it mainly monitors dosage and time duration. In order to stay healthy, it is necessary to take adequate time, but its failure becomes a major problem for the patient. Therefore, this smart pill dispenser reminds old age people and parental care to take medicine in time.
