Abstract
Traditional thermal power plant maintenance training, because the maintenance cycle is not fixed, and various maintenance tasks during the period are relatively complicated, making the progress of maintenance process training has not been ideal. Especially as one of the most complicated equipment of a thermal power plant, the steam turbine has complicated maintenance procedures and complicated equipment structure, and the traditional training of the steam turbine often fails to achieve the expected results. Based on virtual reality technology and thermal power plant simulation, a virtual maintenance system for condensing steam turbines is planned to be developed. This system can effectively overcome the problems in the actual maintenance training and can provide a highly realistic maintenance environment for the maintenance training of condensing steam turbine equipment. The design and development of this system is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of overhaul training of condensing steam turbines, ensuring the training effect of overhaul personnel, and improving the training level.
