Abstract

Uncertain group decision support system (UGDSS) plays an important role of transportation enterprise for effectively managing and rapidly responding to the uncertain changing market. In this paper, we explore the application of system design theory, uncertain decision optimal theory and intelligence technology in the fields of intelligent transportation management system. The work has been done in three steps. First, we overview the development of uncertain optimal methods for UGDSS and discuss the advantages of distributed artificial intelligence (AI) technology for solving the traditional complex multi-agent management problem. Then, we give the architecture design of UGDSS and discuss how AI solves the conflicts of distributed group decisions with uncertain environment Finally, we show some applications in the intelligent transportation management system to illustrate the using of AI and uncertain methods for UGDSS.
