Abstract
This study seeks to develop an adaptive teaching and learning mode utilizing elementary school education UCC and play-based exploration by extracting the computer science subjects from the ICT basic quality curriculum and based on literature review on problem solving learning model, play and UCC. The developed model is applied to real education practice in an experiment then the results are analyzed to examine what kinds of effects there are in terms of various learning abilities of students and study achievements. By UPBI teaching and learning model, the nature of computer education was fully utilized so both online and offline study were allowed in parallel. In order to efficiently implement the UCC based learning system designed, skilled teachers’ ICT ability is required along with advanced school and home information facilities.
