Abstract

With the development of smart grid and energy Internet, the power electronic transformer with AC-DC interface has become the key equipment of power conversion and distribution network. A three-stage power electronic transformer is proposed in this paper to realize single-phase-three-phase voltage transformation and renewable energy access of DC interface.The transformer not only has the basic functions of voltage transformation and electrical isolation, but also can adjust the power factor to the side. Finally, based on SIMULINK simulation platform, a 100kW three-stage power electronic transformer simulation model is built. Simulation results show that the design has both AC and DC ports and has good harmonic characteristics.
