Abstract

The essence of photovoltaic grid-connected designing to generation system has become inevitable due to emergence of constraints such as adverse environmental effects like global warming and depletion in conventional fuel like fossil fuels. Photovoltaic power generation equipments which connected to the grid will affect the stability of the power system. This thesis explicates design of main circuit, theoretical model of photovoltaic system, implementation of three phase grid-connected photovoltaic generation system and comparison of current, voltage generated from photovoltaic system in phase and frequency. PSIM is used for establishing the system model and the simulation results reveal the fact that the design strategies and the system parameters used yield results that are consistent with the expected trends from a grid-connected photovoltaic generation system. Noted that the output current is synchronized with sinusoidal grid voltage, and the simulation results verify the correctness and practical rationality of theoretical design.
