Design of the Visualization Automatic Control System on the LPG Shuttle Kiln

Abstract

By the design of the visualization system of the LPG shuttle kiln, the friendly man-machine interface is achieved, which is helpful for the change, expansion and upgrade of the system. It is studied that the general schemes of the visualization automatic control system of the LPG shuttle kiln in this article. The choice of the hardware devices, especially the system nucleus units including temperature transducer, A/D or D/A intelligent module, RS232/485 converter, relay, actuator, etc, and the connection and control strategy of the hardware of the control system, is analyzed emphatically.
