Abstract

The use of mobile remote medical imaging systems using mobile devices that are not restricted by the location and time of a specialist is increasing, since a specialist can quickly and accurately process the emergency medical images remotely and save time and cost. However, there are cases when a specialist who proceeds reading with a mobile remote medical image reading system needs to inquire the doctor in charge about the patient's condition for accurate reading. Although the system developed so far provides information on the physician in charge, providing the current status of the patient's condition and the real-time information necessary for the reading can be difficult. Also, in case the doctor is examining other patients or treating other emergency situations, it can be difficult to respond to queries. Accordingly, in this paper, an attempt was made to design an effective smart interface that can be used to inquire and respond to the doctor in charge about the patient's condition that is necessary in the process of reading remote emergency medical images in real time in a mobile environment.
