Abstract

It is of great importance for commercial chain enterprises to design and develop an effective distributed intelligent management decision system. Therefore, we aim to discuss how to achieve this goal by both computer science and information technology. We explain that the framework of the proposed system is made up of three components, such as System implementation support layer, Business layer, and Portal layer. According to the requirements of the distributed intelligent management decision system, the proposed system is suitable to be used in the enterprise headquarters and their branches. Furthermore, to avoid the bottleneck of the system operation or the network failure, the data synchronization between various sub-systems is implemented using the XML files. Finally, experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system is effective to solve the distributed intelligent management decision problem, moreover, the CPU and Memory utilization rate of this system can be controlled in a reasonable range.
