Design of temperature test system for continuous injection direct rolling equipment

Abstract

Temperature test system is an important part of continuous injection direct rolling equipment. The temperature test system is composed of temperature sensor, operational amplifier, A/ D converter, drive circuit and display screen. According to the structure of the equipment, the location of temperature sensor in injection compression zone and cooling zone is determined. The contact K-type thermocouple temperature sensor is selected by analyzing the actual working environment of the equipment in the production process. The main controller is Arduino MEGA2560 R3 control board, which is suitable for expansion. The lower computer is developed by combining the special digital-to-analog converter of K-type thermocouple and TJC4024T032_011R serial port display. The upper computer of temperature test system for continuous casting and rolling equipment is developed by using Labview.
