Abstract

Computer combined with mathematical methods to monitor industrial parameters has achieved good results. Temperature is one of the important parameters in industrial, military, agricultural, medical and other fields. In some particular environments, direct wiring measurements are clearly not sufficient, so wireless transmission of temperature sensing systems is particularly important. The system is divided into two parts: sending and receiving. The wireless data communication transceiver module is used to realize wireless data transmission. The sending part is based on the single-chip microcomputer. The temperature sensor is used for real-time temperature collection and wireless transmission. The collected results are verified by mathematical processing algorithm. The receiving module displays the temperature of the collection area on the LCD, and sends it to the PC through the temperature alarm device through the serial port, so as to realize the controllable temperature adjustment within a certain threshold. Compared with the traditional temperature detection system, the combination of computer and mathematical algorithm and the design of wireless transmission equipment make the system have the advantages of good real-time, high reliability, low engineering cost and low power consumption.
