Abstract
The refrigeration method of traditional medical specimen transport box is usually compressor refrigeration or physical cooling, and its temperature control system uses a single sensor (thermistor, thermocouple) with the traditional PID control algorithm to achieve temperature control, so the traditional medical specimen transport box has many shortcomings such as bulky, poor temperature control ability. In this paper, the traditional medical specimen transport box is improved, and a new medical specimen transport box based on semiconductor refrigeration technology is designed. Based on the principle of semiconductor refrigeration technology, this paper focuses on the design of the overall hardware of the system, STM32F103 main control circuit, digital sensor DS18B20 temperature detection circuit and temperature control algorithm. In the design of temperature control algorithm combined with the characteristics of the system, the traditional PID control algorithm is improved, and a piecewise PID control algorithm is proposed. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional specimen transport box, the new specimen transport box designed in this paper is easy to operate and has excellent performance. The segmented PID temperature control algorithm can make the semiconductor refrigeration equipment adapt to different working conditions better and give full play to its refrigeration characteristics.
