Abstract
Because the sedimentation coefficient and buoyancy density of different substances are different, the medical centrifuge can quickly separate, concentrate and purify the mixed substances through the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation. With the rapid development of medicine and other fields, researchers have higher and higher requirements for the performance of medical centrifuges. In order to meet the needs, in this paper, the traditional medical centrifuge control algorithm is optimized, and a fuzzy neural network PI control algorithm is designed by combining fuzzy logic and neural network. Finally, taking the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the controlled object and combining the vector control strategy, the optimized control system is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink. The experimental results show that the fuzzy neural network PI control algorithm has fast response speed and small overshoot, etc. Features, greatly optimized and improved the performance of the medical centrifuge.
