Abstract
Food safety has become an important concern to people’s healthy life, the project is based on the TGS2603 gas sensor module, a minimum STM32 microcontroller system, and release of food trimethylamine gas sensitive quick measurement, as a basis for judging the freshness of food. The device is minimized by integration to realize real-time detection of data, and the freshness of food is presented as a simple and clear data prompt. The design scheme has been tested and verified by the prototype, and the performance indexes meet the design functions and requirements, providing maximum convenience for difficult people who cannot judge whether the seafood is fresh or not.
