Abstract

Taking a certain type of lubricating oil pressure sensor as the study subject, according to its own characteristics and the working environment, this paper establishes fault tree, gets the weak link and main failure modes for the type sensor, and obtain sensitive stress through research and analysis by the failure modes and fault tree of the product for the type of sensor. The paper also develops a feasibility analysis of the product on the application of reliability enhancement test by the study of sensitive stress and requirement of reliability enhancement test, including temperature stress, humidity stress vibration stress and corresponding failure modes such as wear, fatigue, damage and so on, and designs applicable program of reliability enhancement test of the lubricating oil pressure sensor, ranging from high and low temperature step stress test, temperature changed cycle test, vibration step stress test to the combined environment stress test, conducting exploratory research on technology and methods of reliability enhancement test of the lubricating oil pressure sensor.
