Abstract

Modern aircrafts are developing from the traditional energy architecture to the multi-electric and all electric architecture. The extensive use of electrical equipment puts forward higher requirements for safety, reliability, and maintainability. The PHM (Prognostics Health Management) technology is an advanced technology to improve the maintenance level of aviation electrical equipment. However, the PHM technology developed for aviation electrical systems has difficulties in verifying its effectiveness. This paper completed the requirement analysis of PHM test verification of aviation electrical system, and compared the characteristics of several verification methods. It summarizes several different experimental verification methods. It studied the PHM test verification method flow of aviation electrical system, and designed a PHM test verification system for aviation electrical system.
