Abstract

In this paper, the performance robustness problem via state feedback controller is studied for a class of uncertain linear systems with state and control delays. The uncertainties are norm-bounded time-varying and the time-delays are uncertain, independent of each other and allowed to be time-varying. The integral quadratic cost function is employed to measure the system performance. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the controller to guarantee an upper bound of the system performance are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs).
