Abstract

In order to actively find the troubles of telecom network service quality and effectively track them, and support network management smooth transition, a performance monitoring system oriented to lifecycle management of performance troubles was suggested. Reference to Next Generation Operational System and Software (NGOSS) ideas, the end to end process flow for lifecycle management of performance troubles was proposed, the shared information and data model for performance monitoring was built, and a component system structure was designed. Applications indicate that the system can help effectively find service quality troubles, and support their analysis, transaction, solution and evaluation, and it can support flexible system integration and continuous business evolution.
