Abstract
The paper introduced a kind of omni-directional antenna to receive seismic-electromagnetic wave. A large number of cases in earthquake and studies have shown that the earth would radiate the precursor of electromagnetic waves to the air while in the process of earthquake preparation and occurrence of earthquake. According to the particular characteristics of direction about the single magnetic antenna, we used the two coil antenna with magnetic core form omni-directional receive antenna which through cross combinations. Electromagnetic waves would generate In-phase Induced electromotive force and quartered Induced electromotive force in the two different magnetic antennas circuits. and then the phase of quartered component would change 90°by phase shifter, At last, The in-phase component and the quartered component after phase shifting were synthesized into a voltage signal by adder, the output voltage was processed by the later circuits.
